This year each purchaser will have to individually apply for a "Racing Exclusion" with the US EPA Dept. All forms and instruction for application will be supplied. This will be done as soon as we receive a list of frame numbers for these bikes.

Fairing
 

 

The 2004 year model introduces a shape of the fairing which contributed to the victory in the 2003 year WGP 125cc class championship race. It provides both excellent aerodynamics and protection.

Front brake
 

 

The front brake caliper features the radial mount type, which improves controllability during braking.

Front Suspension
 

 

The front suspension stroke has been increased from current 100mm to 103mm, leading to improved absorption characteristics of innermost strokes. At the same time, settings have been made to meet the radial mount brake caliper for enhanced stability in steering.
Optional parts
  Data logger systems, developed by the HRC from years of experience in racing technology are provided as optional parts. In addition, detonation counters (optional) to detect engine's defective combustion can help carburetor settings.

BRAKE		 Improvement of brake control stability by introduction of radial-mount brake caliper.

SUSPENSION		 Improvement of shock absorption by increasing suspension stroke travel from 100mm to 103mm at the suspension bottom end. Also control stability improved by implement suspension setting with radial-mount brake caliper.
