2004 Honda
RS125 Motor - fresh and ready
to drop into your shifter kart (or RS125 race bike). Complete with two
mounts, a carburetor, exhaust pipe (see below) and other spares
including a 1995 spec ignition. Most all parts are new! Cases, cylinder, crankshaft and all bearings, seals, top end etc. The only parts that are used is the transmission, outer case covers, clutch and cylinder head from a doner motor. Special Deal Price $3,995.00

This Cat 5 product was designed to convert your existing stock or aftermarket frame into a cradle frame to avoid additional broken cases, and bent or broken motor or foot peg mounts. Created to fit CRF/XR 50 bikes. All hardware is included for installation. These kits were made here in the USA by Category 5 Motorsports and were laser cut, tig welded and black powder coated. Set Plates for the 1995 Yamaha TZ250 and TZR250
We have had many customers looking for rear set plates for the 1995 and earlier Yamaha TZ250 chassis so we had Battle Factory do a run for us. They also work well on TZR250s. These plates are designed to use Battle Factory levers and pegs.
If you are in need of a street shift
pattern you an use this configuration which utilizes a shift rod to give
you the movement needed for the one down and then up shift pattern.
Shown in this picture is the shift switch mounted for the electric shift
unit. The shift pedal used is Battle Factory part number BA03-18.

1991-1994 Honda RS125 We have had many customers looking for rear set plates for the pre 1995 Honda RS125 chassis so we had Battle Factory do a run for us of these hard to find parts which are no longer available from Honda/HRC. Many OEM parts for the motor originally used in this machine are also no longer available so many racers who have mounted other motors into this chassis.

Honda CBR600RR 2007-2008 4 Position Link type change rod - works with side stand These Rear Set systems and replacement parts are manufactured by Battle Factory in Suzuka Japan of high grade Aluminum. All foot levers utilize special flanged bearing which is an original design of Battle Factory. This bearing mounting system gives the levers a very positive and smooth movement. The brackets are much stronger than the original cast OEM parts on most machines. The combination of the high quality brackets and the bearing mounted levers provide a solid foundation and support in the event of a crash.
