Yamaha could make it better April 7, 2020 Reviewer: G Knight from Barboursville, WV United States   Lower than recommended fuel level can't be checked without a homemade adapter that replaces and seals the float bowl plug and allows attachment of the gauge tubing.  Otherwise, the float tang has to be set so that the fuel reaches an overflow height before you can measure the level.
