Great people to do business with, I would order from them again! What I liked the best was they kept me informed. There prices are good too.
I ordered the tool and immediately receive a response the next day informing me it was out of stock and more were on order. I was asked if I want to wait or did I want to cancel my order. I informed RSC that I could wait and not to cancel my order. I was then informed it might take a few months to get, which I replied, it was not an issue.
When the tool came into RSC I received another email informing me the tool had arrivied. I was asked if I still wanted it, to which, I replied yes. Within a few days I received my brand spanking new Pin Spanner tool.
