Brake and shift lever for RS125 and NSF250. Brake lever looks like a NOS Hjelm lever.
The shift lever is a very beefy unit with a folding toe piece to help protect it in a crash. The angle of the mount to the shift rod looks correct. The pivot is very thick though, so you may need to adjust the pivot point or shorten the peg a little. But it looks like a quality unit that should work just fine with a little adjustment.
